MASTER PLAN &
SMALL AREA VISION WORKSHOP

Jersey City has published draft recommendations for the Land Use section of the Master Plan. What is included in the Master Plan guides the future of the city as well as the future of our neighborhood.  
We would encourage you to take a look and make comments if you have questions or concerns

In addition, the area alongside Rt 139 of the Heights (see map below) has been selected as part of a “small area vision plan” which will be included in the Master Plan. This is a more detailed review of the current land use and suggested zoning changes in advance of new development.

The second public charrette for this Small area Vision is on the 27th of July. Please invite your friends and neighbors to join. You can click on the link below to register for the meetings or visit tinyurl.com/JCSAVP

The meetings will be hosted on Zoom.
