REMINDER – TONIGHT

We will be having a community meeting, tonight, 22nd Feb at Christ Hospital Meeting room at 7pm. [add to calendar] Masks required

This meeting will be a packed and exciting start to 2023. We will be taking a vote to allow us to become an official 501c3 non-profit organization, and will also have the annual vote on the nominees for the Sgt Anthony Board. All association members can be nominated for any of the positions, but two seats that will specifically need filling as of the Feb 22nd meeting will be President and Head Gardener. If you think you would like to join the board, we have made a responsibilities guide of each position.

We have also invited Bike Hudson County, which coincides with a new Jersey City Connectivity Plan. Please take their survey here, and visit their website to join upcoming workshops.

Now is also the time to renew or become a Sgt Anthony Association member!

Membership is $25 per year and the benefits include:

* Key to the Sgt Park Anthony Community Garden
* Voting privileges—Have a say in what happens in your neighborhood!
* Committee leadership opportunities
* Eligibility for garden plots
* Discounts on SAPNA merchandise
* Community Calendar and email updates

These membership dues goes towards things like information flyers, community events, flowers and bushes in the park, and much much more as we continue to represent the Sgt Anthony Park Neighborhood.
