Stop the Land Grab Save our Hospital

Dear Friends:

Please attend the December 10th Council meeting at 280 Grove St, 2nd floor, 6pm to support Ord 25-124 which limits the height in the Christ Hospital Medical District to 5 stories and eliminates senior living as a permitted use.

The hospital’s current owners threatened last month to demolish the hospital in order to build 10-ten story buildings as of right. This ordinance will stop this.

Please sign the Nurse’s Union petition to save the hospital and stop the land grab.

Please sign the petition and join us to deliver the petition at the Jersey City Council Meeting on Wednesday, December 10th at 6pm in the Council Chambers, 280 Grove Street, Jersey City, NJ 07302.
