Here is the updated agenda:
- The developer of 26 Beacon Ave will be presenting a proposal for a 6 unit building on a single lot - see the plans here
- Notice of development plans at 81 Palisade and other local developments.
- Update on local SAPNA, RNA & PFNA coalition.
- 2020 SAPNA & Community Garden Dues
- Proposed amendments to the Sgt Anthony Park Association Constitution to add Head Gardener to the SAPNA board and assign a community garden budget:

- 25% (suggested) of association incoming budget each year will be assigned to community garden. That percentage (%) will be ratified and voted on each year.
- Head Gardener will be responsible for organising garden committee to: manage garden rules, manage garden budget, assign community garden plots, organize work schedule and open hours, plan upcoming planting, and ensure overall garden safety.
- Head Gardener will update SAPNA membership at meetings of budget uses, garden change, and any rule changes in community garden that need to be ratified by the membership.
- 2020 SAPNA Board Elections.
- President, Vice-President, Secretary & Treasurer positions will be voted on. If you would like to put yourself forward as a candidate for one of these positions, you can do so at the meeting. Please refer to the SAPNA Constitution for eligibility and details.
