A Sgt Anthony Park Neighborhood Association meeting will be at
7pm on Thursday Feb 15th at
Christ Hospital Staff Meeting Room
Please join us for this first meeting of 2018. We are hoping 2018 will be a great year for the Sgt Anthony Park and Neighborhood.
This meeting is a great opportunity to get involved, and for everyone to inform and bring along your neighbors. At this meeting we will be helping shape some of the plans for upgrades in the park, development of properties in the area, and how our streets and services are improved.

-Development Plans for 11 Beacon Ave
The owner of 11 Beacon Ave will be attending the meeting and would like the input from the community on plans for developing the house and the site. The drawings are available here:

-Director Patrick Stamato of the Department of Public Works
Director Stamato will be attending to talk about some of the upcoming upgrades in Sgt Anthony Park and Neighborhood.
-Ward C Councilman Richard Boggiano
Councilman Boggiano will be attending to talk about local plans, hear concerns, and take questions.
-Association Dues
Membership fees are due at the 1st meeting of the year. Dues are $25.
-Sgt Anthony Park Board Elections
This is the meeting where a new board of Sgt Anthony Park will be elected. Anyone eligible can run for President, Vice President, Secretary or Treasurer. If you would like information about the current association rules and regulations, please email sgtanthonypark@gmail.com and we will provide them for you.
-Financial report
The financial report will be presented.
