It's going to be a hot and sunny session today!
Samantha, who has taken the Sattva Yoga classes so far has to stay in hospital for a couple of days more while she recovers from a nasty bug bite. We wish her a speedy recovery. But Yoga will still be on at 11am today and every Sunday, and are being covered by Kishan and Ida while Sam is away.
Young or old, experienced or a total beginner, the sessions are for everyone to enjoy. Tell your friends and neighbors and encourage them to come along too.
