Linda Kerly, President
Linda Kerly has been a resident of Hudson County all her life and a graduate of St. Peters college.  She purchased her home in the Heights 27 years ago and served as president of the Sgt Anthony Park Association from 2003-2006.  She has been a Real estate agent for Weichert downtown for the past 16 years.  She serves on the board of the Dante Alighieri women’s auxiliary and owns the Box Cafe.  It is a privilege to assist our vibrant community move forward and work together to build a stronger and more inclusive neighborhood. 

Lily Pacheco, Vice President
Lily Pacheco has lived in Jersey City for over 15 years. Although new to the board, she has been actively involved in various community efforts. She is a member, and participated in the renovations of the children’s park at Sgt. Anthony. Her daughter, Mimi, helps with the garden alongside Norrice and volunteers at community events. Ms. Pacheco is the owner of Natural Languages, a small business that provides communication access to the deaf community in Jersey City. She also serves as JC Mayor’s Steven Fulop’s interpreter. Growing up with deaf parents at a time before the ADA was enacted, Lily served as an advocate for her parents, fighting for accessibility. In adulthood, she has continued to champion the rights of individuals with disabilities. She believes local involvement is essential for creating an environment where everyone feels heard, supported, and empowered.

Julie Dalton, Secretary
Julie Dalton has called Jersey City home for the past 35 years. As a long-time resident in Jersey
City Heights, she appreciates the diversity of our communities and the opportunities to make a
difference. Professionally, Julie is an experienced non-profit executive and has managed start-up
nonprofits, as well as, established multi-service organizations. Her expertise is in the field of
older adult services and she is a staunch advocate for combating ageism. Her motto is to connect,
collaborate, empower and engage community stakeholders. Julie is grateful for the opportunity
to serve on the Grace Works Board for the past 10 years. She currently serves as Board
Secretary and as a member of the Grants Committee.
